Before going abroad, leave your new number of Sim card TELEMOSTSIM to your relatives, friends, partners, others.

WE recommend setting on your mobile phone the voice mail. This service is proposed by all leading mobile operators. If your mobile number is inaccessible, the voice mail automatically activates with text dictated beforehand by you. for example: «For a moment. I can’t answer to your call. You can call me on +372 5Х ХХ ХХ ХХ or 8 10 372 5 Х ХХ ХХ ХХ ». To activate this service, you can address to you mobile operator.

Important: We don’t recommend activating the call redirection on number of your Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM. It causes a charge-off from your Russian Sim Card for international call to Estonia. For Moscow region the call redirection for Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM use the mobile operator «Megafon». Precise the information about the call redirection cost (from Estonian mobile to your TELEMOSTSIM number) in your Russian mobile operator.

SIM CARD:

Becoming our subscriber, you’re offered with Sim Crad that is your personal «key» to enter TELEMOSTSIM system. Memory of Sim Card contains important information – your mobile number and contacts book to save the interlocutor’s numbers. To activate - carefully punch out the cell phone SIM card from its plastic holder and insert the card into your unlocked GSM mobile phone* as instructed in the phone’s user manual. Turn on your mobile. Dial *146*098111# and press the «Cal» button. «Queued» comes to mobile’s screen. Your balance tops up. For verification, dial *146*099#. If the balance didn’t top up, try again. Be careful, make sure that You dial correctly.

Important: on territory of the Russian Federation, the voice communication for Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM isn’t possible. To prove your Sim Card, sent SMS on any mobile number. Abroad, your mobile automatically registers on the network of local mobile operator. But sometimes the mobile can register on the network of the operator that doesn’t provide roaming service. So, if You can’t call or receive a call, change mobile operator manually (phone’s menu – setting – choose operator).

PIN CODE

PIN code, that you’re receiving with Sim Card, protects your mobile phone from unauthorized use. Pin and PUK codes are on the back side of the plastic card. First 4 numbers – PIN, second 4 numbers – PIN2, third 4 numbers – PUK, forth 4 numbers – PUK2. PIN code turn off on default. You can activate it in your phone’s menu.
Be careful dialing PIN code. 3 false attempt causes temporary block of Sim Card. To unlock Sim Card, use universal combination for all phones:

Important: all the calls on Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM are international and paid as call on Estonian mobile number. At the same time, doesn’t matter in what country Sim Card is using. How do I call with Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM

All the calls are in international, even if You make a local call in the country of residence. That’s why, we recommend to get know about some ways to dial:

Standard dial:

1.Dial the number of subscriber in international format:+ Country code – city code/mobile operator code – subscriber’s number for example:
00 – country code – city code/mobile operator code – subscriber’s number
2. Dial using your phone’s menu (for some mobile phones if standard dial isn’t possible):
You can use TELEMOSTSIM menu (sIM-menu) that usually is on your mobile phone’s menu. It appears additionally when you insert Sim Card in your mobile phone.

Enter TELEMOSTSIM menu and choose «Call».
Dial the number of subscriber in international format and Press «Ok» button.+ Country code – city code/mobile operator code – subscriber’s number

Important: Call tariffing starts not on the moment of call receiving, but on the interlocutor’s answer.

In some countries (UAE for example) there is some problems in call processing. To avoid it, come to TELEMOSTSIM menu and try to dial.

SMS is paid according to chosen tariff.

How do I top up my TELEMOSTSIM balanceThere are several ways to top up your balance:

Bank Card (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, Diners Club)
With card of express-payment.

After You insert sim Card TELEMOSTSIM into your mobile phone, additional menu TELEMOSTSIM appears.

Some phone models have no direct dialing. In that case, You can use this menu in dialing, sending SMS, checking and toping up the balance. Menu functionality:
Call1. For dial if You can’t dial in usual way.
Send SMS2. For SMS sending if You can’t send SMS in ordinary way.
Check balance 3. For balance checking (free)
Add credit4. Top up the balance.
Costumer care 5. Support call center. (paid call)
Settings 6. For technical specialists.

Sim Card period of validity:

Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM is unconditioned, on the understanding that the balance should be toped up at least one time for 12 months. Under toping up the balance, the period prolongs for further 12 months.

Important: If You don’t use Sim Card for 2 months, You need activate the rset of balance. Sim Card TELEMOSTSIM doesn’t have Subscriber charge and term of validity. It means, if the balance is exhausted? You can receive calls in the countries where coming calls are for free. All coming SMS – for free!

Be carefull!!! If You can’t send SMS check if You set a number of SMS center
You can receive SMS without setting this number.
You can’t receive SMS if the memory of phone or Sim is overfilled. That’s why, we recommend to delete read messages. If SMS center is set correctly, check Sim Card balance. If there is only 5$ on you balance, You can’t send SMS, but You can receive them. To reactivate this service, top up Sim Card balance. You can send SMS in usual way or by TELEMOSTSIM menu (section «Send SMS»).

System gives opportunity to all subscribers to sent each other an SMS consisting of 160 symbols in Latin and 70 symbols in Cyrillic.
